Learning to Live, Together

One of the things I like about children is that they don’t need anything to learn. They are machines. Unfortunately, that is also the most challenging things about them. They take in EVERYTHING, and mimic everything you do, down to the littlest, most overlooked detail.

Despite evidence and knowledge to the contrary, I keep being amazed that my daughter is doing exactly what I do for things we have never talked about or I have never pointed out. For instance, I didn’t realize that many of the photos in this little movie I made reflect little things that I do when I put her to sleep. I didn’t notice until I was making the movie. I’m not sure if you will be able to see them, and I can barely explain them, but I think it’s a cute little movie at the least.
